A professional mountain guide and former World Tour Freeskiing champion, Jessica Baker has a knack for adventure in remote places. Growing up on a small farm in northern Idaho, Jessica developed a love for wild landscapes, leading her to ski and climb globally decades later, from the Arctic to the Andes.
“Embrace the challenges that come your way, they ultimately pave the way to your success.”
After spending over 10 years skiing and climbing uncharted Arctic terrain as one of Alaska's few female heli-ski guides, Jessica starred in, produced and co-directed Going Greenland in 2023, a film about our connection to wild places and the impacts of exploration. She also founded the first ski camp for Black, Indigenous and women of color (BIWOC).
Jessica lives in Jackson, Wyoming, with her husband, also a mountain guide, and her two young daughters.
