The Story

Koga's Bonefish Shrimp fly pattern, designed by Peter Koga, has the right balance of lifelike imitation, color, and weight. Dubbing for the body gives the fly a narrower profile, allowing it to sink faster, and gives it a greater chance of settling upright on the bottom. The slimmer body also contributes to the fly swimming in the upright position more frequently during stripping and the retrieve.
