Click “Join Now,” sign in with your existing details, and make sure to check the opt in box to join Routefinders Rewards and start earning rewards.
- Receive 50 points immediately when you join Routefinders Rewards.
- Earn 1 point for every £1 spent on ospirey.live.
- Collect points for engaging actions, like signing up for emails, following us on Instagram, or submitting gear reviews.
- We’ll also give you the chance to earn bonus points throughout the year by completing Routefinders Challenges.
Points expire 24 months (730 days) after they are earned. So, you’ll keep your points as long as they haven’t reached the 24-month expiration mark - even if you don’t redeem them right away.
We chose a longer expiry period than traditional schemes because we want to give you plenty of time to save and redeem points at your own pace — whether that’s after one great adventure or many. This reflects our commitment to sustainability and thoughtful purchasing.

Yes, your Routefinders Rewards tier - Seeker, Scout, or Trailblazer – is based on how many points you’ve earned over the past 12 months. If your activity drops, your tier can be downgraded - but only by one level per 12-month rolling period, giving you time to stay on track.
Spending points won’t affect your tier level - only how many points you earn matters.
Just keep earning, engaging and exploring to maintain your tier and make the most of your rewards!

- Are you logged into the right account?
Make sure you're signed in with the same account you used to earn your points.
- Do you have enough points for the reward you're trying to redeem?
Each reward has a minimum points requirement — double-check your balance.

Approximately 14 days after your purchase, you’ll receive an email inviting you to review your gear. Submit your review through that email to earn points – you’ll earn more points if you include a photo.
You can also review your gear directly on the product page:
- Go to the item you purchased on ospirey.live
- Scroll to the Reviews section and submit your review
- Be sure to use the same email address linked to your Osprey account so your points are correctly awarded

No, Pro Deal members cannot participate in Routefinders Rewards because they enjoy exclusive discounts year-round. If you have points, redeem them before switching to Pro Deal, as points will expire once approved.
